Daddy's Birthday Cake

Anthony wanted a Cheesecake Factory Red Velvet Cheesecake for his birthday. This was my first attempt at red velvet cake from scratch. It did not turn out too great, but the cheeseeake was awesome! (which was his favorite part anyway!)
