Today we went to the Pow Wow at Busse Woods with Gramma, Grampa and Uncle Jon. We went last year and had a lot of fun, so we went back this year. This time they were a little more organized with the parking. They had us park in a business parking lot on Golf and then shuttled us into Busse. Grampa had bought or tickets online, so we didn't have to stand in line. We went and watched the opening ceremonies and watched several of the dancing competitions. We had thought it was going to be cold outside and so most of us wore long pants and sweatshirts. Fortunately, it was actually very hot in the sun. After watching dances we walked around the shopping tents. I bought a necklace and Anthony bought a PVC pipe flute. Anthony also got an airbrush tattoo. Kaycee loves to be outdoors and loved watching all the bright colors and interesting regalia.
After the Pow Wow we all came back to Grammy's house and had grilled chicken sandwiches for dinner.
