Church/Trunk or Treat

After church Mom and I took Kaycee to St. Peter's Trunk or Treat. We ate a hotdog lunch, trick or treated at the trunks and stopped for some bubbles. It was a great afternoon out in the beautiful sun. Anthony went to the Voigts new house to help unpack the storage unit with my dad and brother (and other people). It's so great to have friends and to help friends!

Day Out With The Meidams

Today we went up to Madison to meet the Meidams for a day out at the zoo. We met them at the zoo last year and it was a blast, I think it'll become a tradition! We started off under the tent, eating a picnic lunch. It was sprinkling outside and we were thankful that it slowed down by them time we were done with lunch. We walked around the zoo, stopped at the kids play area where I nursed and Kaycee played and had a ride on the Carousal.  A friend of Kyra's, Travis, met us at the zoo, so we spent some time to get to know him, too. After a great afternoon at the zoo, we went for an early dinner at Hu Hot, then some dessert/coffee at a cute coffee shop in Madison. It was a great day to be with the Meidams!

Mommy's Camper/Speech Therapist

I love this onsie. Unfortunately, he's growing rather quickly and it's not going to fit for very much longer. We should have planned 1 more camping trip for this year... (Anthony would not have been happy with that).

Grammy's speech therapist came out today. We talked for a long time, and she explained all the issues that Grammy is having. Unfortunately, the situation is not going to get better, only worse. So we need to make some decisions on how to make Grammy the most comfortable. Mom and I will have a conversation, make a decision and get going on it.

Playing Outside/New Coat Love

Kaycee loves to play outside, so today we played outside while we waited for Daddy to come home. When we went inside the only thing she wanted was to put her new coat back on. She's so precious!
