Put Your Foot Down

Playing On Momma Bed
Today we used the last disposable diaper we own. I think we've bought a total of 0 diapers and were given a few diapers on the diaper cake at our shower! We were out of cloth diaper liners, because someone's been pooping/peeing out of her diapers a lot lately... I guess I should do laundry more often...

IHOP
Today after church, we took a little family trip to IHOP for lunch. Such a special thing to take an impromptu trip out for lunch with our cute little family! Kaycee sure enjoyed her pancakes!

Fixing Daddys Jeans
I'm a woman of many talents... or just some youtube and a lot of luck... I went to the store and bought the iron patches to fix some holes in Anthony's jeans. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to go back
and sew the patches on later, but we'll see.
Edit: Yup, I went back and sewed them on!
Napping
Kaycee looks so cute napping at Grama and Grampa's house... NOT! She's fooling you!! She's not napping... We tried and tried and she even fooled us for a while, but ultimately no nap...

Sams Club Date
Today we went to Sam's Club for a family date. We at hot pretzels and acted silly for the camera. Kaycee especially likes the warm sweet pretzels. Often we don't actually buy anything from the store, just from their concession stand!

Thanks NehNeh
NehNeh got Kaycee a small stuffed giraffe for Kaycee's birthday. Kaycee loves to play with it, especially while getting her diaper changed. It's got the perfect sized horns, ears and arms/legs for chewing. I couldn't get a good picture because she kept playing and playing with it!

Moist Air
Kaycee loves to play in the steam from her humidifier! Hopefully, her stuffy nose and sore throat get better soon! It's a little dangerous for the carpet to have a container full of water in the middle of the room, so enticing to a little peanut!

Bead Maze
After church we went to IKEA to look around at toddle beds and cribs for the new baby. We ended up deciding that we were not going to purchase anything new, instead we would borrow from a friend. Instead we bought Kaycee a bead maze. I had really wanted her to have one and she seemed to like the one in the nursery at church. So we bought one and Anthony put it together when we got home. After her nap she played and played with it!

March Madness/Funeral
After Grammy's hair appointment, mom and I took Grammy and Marty to Swede Roskams funeral. It was amazing how many people's lives that man had touched. The funeral was huge! Kaycee was awake for the first half and needed to be in the lobby, but she slept through the second half. While we were there, Anthony was with some men from the church watching the March Madness basketball games on the large screen at church.
Thank you God for family and friends that make a huge impact on our lives!
