This afternoon I delivered the Mickey cakes. They were really fun to make! I made a 10"round, vanilla cake with fresh strawberry filling, iced in buttercream and covered in fondant with fondant decorations.. I also made a smash cake in the shape of a large cupcake out of chocolate cake and with buttercream icing and fondant ears. The client was very happy with the cakes!
Thank you God for giving us all talents and me the ability to make cakes. Help me to always be learning and improving my craft!
