This was our last morning with the Meidams. We spent it playing with the castle, packing up and generally enjoying ourselves. Fortunately we got to see Kyra before she left for work and for a little while when she got home, before we had to get on the road. We're sad to leave, but we'll be back in a few weeks for a special wedding!!!
The drive home was alright, we had to stop a few times for snacks and bathrooms. It did help break up the trip, but only allowed us enough time to unload the car before turning around to head to small group. I was with the kiddos tonight, so we played outside for the majority of devo time. I decided to bring the kids inside when I realized Kaycee had 7 mosquito bites on her face. Oops...
