After Anthony got home from work we headed off to the KOA for out camping weekend. It's only going to be my family and Alaina this time, but that's ok! It's still totally worth it! I love to camp. We got there, scoped out the site and set up camp. We made hot dogs and brats with baked beans and zucchini for dinner on our new camping stove, thank you Pilottes!! After dinner we played at the park until my parents arrived. Then we came back to camp because it was bedtime for the peanut. Unfortunately, it doesn't get dark until way past her bedtime, so she was up a little later than normal, but she will be fine!
We stayed up sitting around the fire, making peach cobbler for dessert. We did hit the sack, fairly early because tomorrow's going to include a lot of driving and a really long day. I'm so happy to be camping!
