Zoo and Celebration Dinner

After picking Olive up at her house, we met Mema at church and drove to the zoo! I think we were all pretty excited for the zoo, me included! It happened to be a free day at the zoo, little did I know. Which didn't matter because we used the zoo membership that Nana bought for us to get in! I was thrilled when I realized that with the unlimited membership, we get to do all the attractions as many times as we want! So we started off on the carousel. Then we walked by the camels and horses to get to the giraffes. I love it when they're inside, we get to see them up close! Then went by the big cats to get to the dolphin show. The lions were laying on the rock right near the viewing window, which was so cool. We spent a long time watching the lions and then the tiger who was out walking around. We ate lunch at the dolphin show. The dolphins might be Kaycee's new favorite animal. Then we hit the monkey house before heading home for naps. The babies did great missing their morning nap, but by the time we got home, everyone was ready for a nap, including this preggo Momma.
Tonight, we went out to Bahama Breeze to celebrate a totally unexpected raise that Anthony received today and the end of Momma's birthweek. It was a super delicious dinner, the kids were well behaved and we finished it off with cheesecake from cheesecake factory for dessert. Such a great day!
