Mema came to visit today, to be here when the social worker came. Lori is helping us figure out what the next steps will be for Grammy if/when the time comes. She's also giving us some ideas of ways to help support her at home. It's been really great to have someone who knows what they're talking about help us work through some of our questions. And of course, Kaycee was super happy to have Mema here!
One of the things I am enjoying the most, these last couple of days, is watching Kaycee and Tripp interact. Mostly, Kaycee just lays on top of him or talks to him or sits on him or gives him kisses, but Tripp seems to love the interactions! I pray that they are close their whole lives!
