Here are some pictures of our mostly finished play set! I can't believe it's finally finished (it only needs a few screws for the tube slide brace). We have played so much on it and Kaycee loves it!
Tonight, Anthony and I went on our Christmas date. We dropped the kids off at Rob and Molly's and drove down town. We used SpotHero to find a parking spot near the Christkindlemarkt. We had a late lunch at the Walnut Room. While waiting for our pager to go off we walked around the store. Anthony found a cologne that he liked (which we bought online later) and we found a Marbles Brain Store display that we played at for a while. The food was really tasty, despite them bringing me the wrong dish first. Then we walked around market and bought lots of chocolate and nuts. We bought a fish ornament for Tripp! It was a perfect date, not too cold and beautiful! I'm so thankful for the time together, just the 2 of us.
The kids went to a kids Christmas event at Willow with Rob and Molly. Kaycee seemed to be having a great time, despite her traumatizing moment with Santa. (see picture below) Thanks for keeping our kids!!!
