Kaycee peed through her diaper last night. Not only was her diaper soaking wet, but so were her jammies, her bedding and her Giraffee. So everything needed a washing. I thought "Oh, I'll wipe her up and that'll be good!" I was wrong, after changing her diaper, wiping her whole body with wipes, and putting new clothes on her she still smelled like pee. After breakfast we took baths! Tripp is getting too big for the baby bath, I'm going to find a new solution for his baths. Kaycee loved having him in the tub with her, for about 30 seconds and then he was in the way. She can't properly play in the tub with a brother in the way.
I had a doctor's appt with Dr. Springer today. I think that I will have a hard time finding doctors in the future. I havn't had many doctor's that I saw regularly in my life. Dr. Charles Slavik was my pediatrician growing up and now he and his son are my kids pediatricians. They're great. My first woman's doctor (who I saw throughout my pregnancy with Kaycee) wasn't very good. I had various other doctors like chiropractors and orthopedic doctors throughout my life, but no one sticks out. However, Dr. Springer does. She is so great and I highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for a woman's doctor. She has great bedside manor. Even if she doesn't want to be my friend, every time I have an appt with her I leave feeling like I want to be her friend. She is a great doctor. I hope I never have to find a specialist doctor (I know I'll eventually have to find a regular doctor for Anthony and I), because it'll be hard not to compare them to Dr. Springer.
