Fishing Class/Food Truck Lunch/Goodbye Cofers

Kaycee woke up this morning earlier than Daddy did, so I let him try and sleep in.  We played in her room mostly, which consisted of her sitting on giraffee to drink her milk. Then she went out to the living room to get her grapes and a fork from her diaper bag. Apparently, she's hungry for breakfast.

Daddy and Grandpa went to a Chicago Fishing School Monster Fish class this morning (an early Father's Day gift) where they learned about fishing for large catfish and carp. Hopefully, when they go fishing next they can bring home some yummy catfish for dinner! They seemed to have a good time and the instructor even caught a large carp at the end of the class (and by end I mean an hour and a half after the class was supposed to be over).

When they finally got home we went to the Food Truck Extravaganza and the Boomer's Stadium. It certainly had yummy food, but nothing to hold our attention for very long. We'll probably go back next month to try a different truck. Anthony got Jerk chicken and I got a burrito. We both had cupcakes for dessert!

Tonight was Sam and Katherine's goodbye party at the Prewitts. I'm sad to see them move, but excited for whatever God has in store for them. It seems like God is moving things into place for them to be successful (school, jobs, place to live, etc.)! We pray that God has big things in store for them!
